Vacate cleaning duties include:
- Vacuum throughtout
- Hard floors washed and lightly scrubbed
- Kitchen bench tops, stove top, grill, range hood, appliance fronts, all tiled or splash back surfaces and sinks cleaned
- Laundry sink cleaned
- Bathrooms, showers scrubbed, and toilets cleaned and sanitised
- All railings cleaned
- Clean ceiling fans
- Spot clean air conditioning air vents
- Interior cobwebs removed
- Clean light fittings (excludes chandeliers)
- Mirrors cleaned
- Bins emptied
- Wipe down doors, door frames, skirting boards, light switches and power points
- Clean exhaust fans
- Built in furniture, skirting boards and window sills cleaned
- Walls spot cleaned
Add carpets, windows or your oven to this package to really make your home sparkle. Advance notice is required for these services.
Please note
We can only clean accessible light lightings and exhaust fans and exclude chandeliers. We are unable to provide this service for high ceiling properties. Additionally our cleaners do not carry any form of tools to remove, dismantle or similar to gain access to clean these items. If the item is deemed to be hazardous or brittle, the cleaner reserves the right to opt out of cleaning this items for safety and health reasons.
Extra charges may apply for excessive marks or drawings on walls, doors and windows.
