Dear our Most Valued Clients,
It has been brought to our attention that a few families have been falling ill with contagious viruses/illnesses (gastro and hand foot and mouth etc.).
It is important that these germs are not passed on to the Maid in the Hills cleaning team and our other client’s as we clean for a large demographic including many homes of young children and elderly. We all have young families and can’t afford to have sick children either if we pass it on to them and need to take time off work.
If you are or someone from your home are ill we ask you to reschedule your clean as soon as possible. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours until you have been cleared of all illnesses before we will enter your home.
If we arrive at your home and are told you have been unwell, my team of cleabers reserve the right to cancel your clean and will contact me to reschedule you in for another day.
At Maid in the Hills, client and staff wellbeing are our top priority and we appreciate your understanding in illness prevention.
