As you may already be aware, our team runs to a daily schedule.
Whilst every best effort is made to arrive at your home at the nominated time, there are occasions where an early arrival or a late delay may occur. Most often this is the result of situations beyond our control such as traffic congestion or maybe the previous house cleaned didn’t require the full amount of time allocated to complete the job.
Daily schedules are set in advance with all jobs booked back to back with only travel time according to Google maps allocated.
To assist with the occasions where arrival time may differ, we ask that you allow up to an hours time window both before and after your scheduled booking, as the booked time for the cleaners arrival.
Also please note your allocated cleaning time starts from when the cleaner begins cleaning not from the estimated arrival time, so you can assure if they are either late or early they will be there for the full time allocated.
