Payment is due on the day you engage our services.
If paying via any method other than cash we suggest your organise this the day prior to ensure the funds have cleared.

In the event you need time to pay please contact us prior to your scheduled booking to make an arrangement to avoid the late payment fee.
If we don’t receive payment for the full amount of our services on the day you might see a late payment fee charged. Some payment methods take longer to process and reach our account, so it’s important to factor that in when paying too. However a screen shot of the payment is fine as a remittance advice if making a bank transfer if you forget to organise the payment prior to the day of your clean.
What’s is the late payment fee cost?
At our discretion we will apply the late payment fee of $10. This is applicable for each day your payment is overdue.
Tips to avoid this fee:
☆ Set up a direct debit – when paying this way it means the full due amount will be automatically deducted from your bank account or credit card on the due date each week/fortnight so there’s no need to remember to pay. Contact your bank to arrange this.
☆ Alternatively you can set up a reminder alert in your calendar so you don’t forget to pay. Remember to factor in how long your payment method takes to process so we receive your payment on time.
☆ Make the payment when you receive the system reminder for your booking.
